The Challenge:

An OI customer with a parent in an elder care facility wanted a simple way for those supporting her mum to know more about her life, experiences, likes and dislikes.

The Solution:

The family compiled images and videos together with '10 things mum loves' and '10 she dislikes' that gives instant knowledge to someone supporting her — together with ways to help reduce anxiety.

The Result:

The OI content was linked by QR codes at the side of their mum's bed and on her favourite cup — always there when it matters.
